​TGRC is excited to partner with a regional renewable energy developer and investment platform focusing on utility-scale, onshore solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems across Asia, backed by one of the largest infrastructure private equity funds globally.

The Investment Manager will support the Investment Director in origination, project financing and M&A activities and lead on all execution of financial modelling, due diligence and execution of onshore renewable energy transactions in Korea.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for projects and portfolios.

• Conduct commercial, legal, and technical due diligence.

• Support origination of solar, wind, and battery storage projects.

• Prepare investment committee materials and scenario analyses.

• Assist with financing discussions and lender engagements.

• Monitor portfolio performance and support value enhancement strategies.

Expectations

• 3–8 years in energy investment, project financing, M&A, investment banking, or infrastructure private equity.

• Experience with Korea’s onshore renewable energy regulatory landscape.

• Fluency in English and Korean is a must
