​TGRC are currently working with a leading player in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Their mission is to accelerate the transition to a cleaner energy future through the development and deployment of cutting-edge renewable energy projects and are now seeking an O&M strategy Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible to support the O&M team in creating a robust Operations & Maintenance strategy for all wind turbine assets across Onshore & Offshore projects.

The ideal candidate would have career experience directly with one of the leading OEM providers and would have transitioned into and Developer/Owner in Offshore wind.

Your role:

  • Capitalize the knowledge of the wind industry and the wind farms in client's portfolio on behalf of the technical department . Ensure the acquisition and the sharing in return of experience.

  • Coordinate studies in different domains. Ensure the relevance of the scope, the availability of information, the consistency of approaches, the quality of deliverables.

  • Coordinate the edition of technical specifications for contracts, considering operational needs in different disciplines.

  • Contribute to edit reference documents on wind farm operations. Establish priorities between these documents according to the needs observed or expressed by operators or project managers. Coordinate validation and ensure the proper distribution of these documents.

  • Ensure the sharing of acquired knowledge. Map expertise within the company. Ensure, through various means, the sharing of know-how and methodologies to operational entities.

  • Coordinate interfaces between the various internal stakeholders: the various departments, the various entities of the wind business units, other supports such as procurement, legal, IT, R&D...

  • Ensure technology and commercial watch. Centralise knowledge of the practices and innovations of the wind industry and its various players.

Your background:

  • Technical background (Msc. Level) in electricity or mechanics

  • Minimum experience of 15 years in operation with a wind operator (part of the experience possibly with a wind turbine manufacturer).

  • Direct and/or transverse operational management experience.

  • Experience in O&M contract management

  • English mandatory

  • Willingness for international mobility
