Responsibilities: As the Operations Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the company's operational activities, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and service departments, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Overseeing the production and quality control processes, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality robotic systems to clients.

  • Collaborating with engineering and research teams to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and drive innovation.

  • Managing the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.

  • Implementing performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process optimization.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in operations management, preferably in a robotics, manufacturing, or renewable energy-related industry.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control methodologies.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
