Job description

​The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various departments. This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to support team productivity.

  • Track and maintain records related to inventory, supplies, and equipment.

  • Support the fleet of cars by tracking vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for various operational activities.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

  • Generate reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any operational issues.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.


  • High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required).

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations coordination or administration.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
