Position Overview: As the Operations & Maintenance Manager - Hydropower, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational and maintenance activities of our hydropower projects in Nigeria, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of hydropower facilities.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure equipment reliability.

• Monitor and analyze hydropower plant performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and optimize plant operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Manage and mentor a team of operations and maintenance professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in managing operations and maintenance for hydropower projects in the renewable energy sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of hydropower systems and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Legal authorization to work in Nigeria.
