​The MES Engineer will optimize and support the Manufacturing Execution System and collaborate closely with peer functions to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of operational standards. This position contributes to strategy formulation and execution, engaging cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth in production efficiency and quality.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Net3, and a strong background in integrating MES systems in a high-tech production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain MES systems to ensure optimal production flow and data integration with the existing EIP system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and design solutions that align with our manufacturing processes.

• Develop and execute testing protocols to validate system performance and data accuracy.

• Monitor and troubleshoot MES-related issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

• Train and support end-users on MES functionalities and best practices.

• Document all changes and enhancements to the MES system and ensure proper version control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with MES systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with Net3 or similar EIP systems.

• Strong understanding of production processes, data integration, and real-time monitoring.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
