Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of power markets and assess the impact of regulations on energy markets and offtake activities.

• Provide regular reports on regulatory changes and power market trends.

• Assist in the origination, negotiation, and finalization of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other offtake agreements for company assets.

• Manage internal and external Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the origination of power offtake agreements and PPAs across the company’s portfolio.

• Support financial modeling for specific assets and the broader portfolio, particularly in relation to origination activities.

• Provide support to asset management in the operational phase of power plants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in business studies with a focus on energy management, trading, hedging management, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in energy market analysis.

• Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.

• Proven negotiation and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with strategic planning abilities.

• Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent analysis, structuring, and accuracy skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
