​The Green Recruitment Company are excited to be partnering with a Global Developer as they look to hire an M&A and Structured Finance Manager to join their team in Sydney.

With strong backing and an impressive track record, this person will play a key role in helping the company meet its ambitious growth targets and add to their solar and battery portfolio, further supporting the energy transition in Australia.

Your role:

• Work as part of the team to help analyse, develop and support the origination and execution of renewable energy transactions

• Help identify project opportunities and analyse development and M&A activities leading to financial close

• Preparation of presentations and investment memoranda, providing recommendations to senior management to support decision making

• Leading project finance/M&A transactions to financial close by liasing with lenders, financial advisors, due diligence providers and legal counsel

Your background:

• 5+ years experience in project finance transactions across infrastructure assets, with experience in renewable energy highly sought after

• Good understanding of financial principles and project finance appraisal techniques

• Advanced analytical, numerical and organisation skills

• M&A experience is desirable
