As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be involved in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of these assets. You'll play a hands-on role in optimisation projects, support compliance, and contribute to onboarding new assets into a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small CAPEX and OPEX projects across the hydropower fleet

  • Manage and support O&M contractors on material events and optimisation work

  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed in line with standards

  • Conduct site visits and inspections, delivering detailed punch lists and reports

  • Monitor regulatory, health & safety, and environmental compliance

  • Identify and resolve low-level technical incidents

  • Develop and implement optimisation strategies and efficiency improvements

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records

  • Support internal reporting and data management

  • Assist in onboarding new acquisitions into asset management systems

  • Provide general support to team operations and office administration

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years' experience in hydropower, asset/project management, or O&M in renewables (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of technical asset management and renewable infrastructure (preferred)

  • Familiarity with compliance and safety best practices

  • Excellent MS Excel and IT skills

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English

What We're Looking For

  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset

  • A collaborative team player who values professionalism, openness, and a positive work culture
