Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee O&M contractors for key events and optimisation initiatives

• Lead OPEX and small CAPEX projects

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance aligns with O&M contracts

• Manage service requests and site inspections, producing detailed reports

• Support regulatory, health & safety, and environmental compliance

• Identify and resolve minor technical issues

• Suggest improvements and drive operational efficiency

• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting

• Support onboarding of new acquisitions into internal systems

• Contribute to team goals and office administration tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 2–5 years' experience in hydropower, asset management, or renewable O&M (preferred)

• Familiarity with asset management methodologies and technical aspects of renewables (preferred)

• Strong safety and compliance focus

• Proficient in MS Excel and general IT tools

• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
