​The role:

• Supporting the development team, including with land agreements, permitting, development services agreements and grid agreements

• Support drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a range of industry-specific and general commercial contracts relating to renewable projects in Italy

• Supporting the implementation of local legal regulations and requirements

• Advising the business on contentious and other issues arising during development, construction and operation

• Working closely with other in-house disciplines

• Be stand alone in Italy for legal but be supported by the Legal team in the UK

The individual:

• 5+ yrs PQE

• Italian qualified

• Renewable energy experience

• Team player

• Knowledge of Italian Law

• English and Italian Language
