IT Support Analyst, London 


Due to an exciting time of company growth we are currently in search of a personable, pro-active, problem solving IT Analyst to join us in London HQ.

Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for 1st line software and hardware technical support for office and remote workers
  • Liaison with 3rd party suppliers for all global offices
  • Global Active Directory and Exchange management
  • Assisting with setting up of new employee equipment and desk moves
  • Assisting with on-going projects as and when – Power BI/ Dynamics/ Data Visualization

Experience Required:  

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a technology support role within a corporate environment
  • Experience with user management, remote desktop, roaming profiles, and domain joining
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a big advantage but not essential 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Articulate communicator
  • A positive attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure
