The Role:
As the IT Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our IT strategy with our business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports and enhances our solar power development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs and align IT strategies accordingly

• Overseeing the implementation and management of IT systems and infrastructure

• Ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT operations

• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in our IT services

• Providing leadership and guidance to the IT team

• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT and the solar power industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience in IT management and business partnership

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
