Job description
Great opportunity to work with one of the world's leading asset management firms with c.€700 billion AUM.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying investment opportunities
Generation of deal flow through network and acquisition activities
Review and analysis of investment opportunities
Exchange of information and preliminary negotiations with those involved in the process (e.g. with sellers, banks and multipliers)
Management of transaction initiation (non-disclosure agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, mandate agreements)
Responsible for the transaction process
Control of all project participants (seller, legal and technical consultants, tax consultants and auditors, banks, etc.) as well as the due diligence process
Structuring and modelling of the transaction
Conducting contract negotiations
Responsible for the entire transaction process
Responsible for completing the transaction
signing process
closing process
Transfer of the assets to the commercial management
Management of reporting and controlling tasks
Possibly raising outside capital
Required Experience:
Successfully completed university degree in economics or industrial engineering or a comparable course
Due to your previous work in a comparable position (ideally in the wind and/or solar energy industry), you have experience in the above-mentioned fields
High degree of self-motivation and personal responsibility
Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
French, Spanish and/or Swedish language skills are desirable
