Responsibilities:

• Management or support of deal execution including financial analysis and modeling

• Due-diligence

• Company and industry research in the renewables sector

• Interact with senior management/board, key shareholders, legal and technical advisors
  

Skills needed:

• Experience in investment banking, Finance, strategy consulting or transaction management

• Strong Modelling

• Excellent Analytical

• Good Project Management skills

• Strong academic background

• Fluency in English
