​Our Client, an Investment Manager in the Renewables & Infra sector is looking for an experienced Investment Executive to complement the current Energy Infrastructure Investment team with a focus on wider Renewable Technologies and low carbon energy generation sectors with a global remit.

The main responsibilities for this role will include:

• Contribute to business development strategy and implementation of the Focus Sectors.

• Support on originating and leading the structuring and completion of transactions efficiently.

• Analysis of financial modelling and preparation and presentation of investment papers.

• Negotiation of sale, purchase and shareholder agreements along with financing documents.

• Assist with fundraising and reporting to investors as required.
  

Key Skills and Experience

• Relevant prior experience working within the Renewables or Infrastructure sectors as part of an investment/portfolio management team.

• Fluent in English and beneficial if speak a 2nd European language (not essential).

• Excellent communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills.

• Extensive travel may be required.
