​Investment Director – Renewables & Infrastructure Fund – Hong Kong

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive investment initiatives that will shape the future of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Role Overview:

• Lead the development and execution of investment strategies across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

• Manage the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

• Collaborate with senior management to align investment activities with the fund’s long-term strategic goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government entities, and industry leaders to secure investment opportunities and partnerships.

• Oversee a team of investment professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure excellence and professional growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within investment management, specifically in renewables, infrastructure, or related sectors.

• Strong financial and analytical skills, with a track record of successful investment portfolio management.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; professional certifications such as CFA are highly regarded.

• Fluent in English, with additional language skills pertinent to key investment markets being beneficial.
