​The Green Recruitment Company are working with one of Australia's leading independent financial advisors as they look to hire an Investment Banking Analyst in Sydney.

With recent success across Renewable Energy, Technology and Digital Infrastructure Markets, they're looking to continue their growth and build on their successful track record and reputation. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial restructuring.

Your role:

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and presentations for clients

• Conduct industry and company research to support client transactions

• Assist in the preparation of materials for debt and equity transactions

• Work closely with senior bankers to help execute transactions

• Participate in the due diligence process for potential transactions

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a related field is preferred

• Valuations experience is highly desired too
