I am currently partnered with a leading international investor who are looking to add at the Associate level in NYC. My client operates and invest in seven countries and is the go-to investor for Greenfield & PPP projects/business acquisitions. They have a multi billion-dollar portfolio and are growing their US presence rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Get involved in all financial aspects of project development through to financial close
• Take primary responsibility for financial modelling and investment analysis of investment opportunities
• Lead financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence activities as part of a deal team for project and portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, and other development partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred
• Past Investing, M&A, or Project Finance experience required
• Relevant sector experience within Infrastructure (PPP experience highly desirable)
• Strong Financial Modelling skills with at least 2-3 years of transaction experience
