Location: Stockholm County, Sweden (Hybrid)

The business seeks an Investment Associate to join their dynamic and innovative team in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis of potential investments, including due diligence and valuation analysis

• Assist with the deal execution process from sourcing to closing

• Create and communicate high-quality presentations for clients and internal meetings

• Coach and develop junior colleagues

• Interact with the client’s senior management/board, key shareholders, legal and technical advisors etc.

Skills needed:

• 2-4 years experience in investment banking, or other form of M&A advisory, ideally with exposure and/or strong interest in renewable energy and energy transition

• Strong financial modelling skills and an understanding of project and corporate finance

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

• Ability to manage work under pressure in a collaborative environment

• Strong academic background

• Fluency in English and ideally a Nordic language
