Job description
TGRC is working with a leading Renewable Energy Developer to find an Investment Associate to manage and grow their investment portfolio, and report directly into the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop complex financial models for debt financing, feasibility, and ROI for a portfolio of Solar Energy Projects.
Analyse market trends, financial data, and macroeconomic performance to support investment strategy and decision making.
Evaluate potential investment opportunities in the renewable energy across M&A, joint ventures, and partnership agreements.
Perform due diligence, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to assess financial viability and mitigate risk on potential investment opportunities.
Work with the Development Team in the preparation of investment presentations and reports for board meetings and key stakeholders.
Your Profile:
3+ years relevant experience as an investment/financial analyst, building financial models for renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or MS Finance) would be advantageous.
Experienced with Excel and using financial modelling tools.
Strong proficiency in evaluating investment opportunities, sensitivity analysis and building complex financial models.
Excellent communication skills and able to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
