​The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside a world leading energy technology business working as a digital partner for Sustainability and Efficiency. They drive digital transformation by integrating process and energy technologies, endpoint to cloud connecting products, controls, software and services, across the entire lifecycle, enabling integrated company management, for homes, buildings, data centres, infrastructure and industries.


We are looking for a strong personality to help scale the client’s Sustainability Business in France and Southern Europe.



  • Driving new business for sustainability consulting and deliver against revenue targets in line with overall growth plan for the French Market.

  • Generating traction for energy supply and cleantech services as well as sustainability solutions

  • Prospect & collaborate with account management teams to identify sales lead on new or existing accounts. Address C-Levels and connect with major French corporates and influence relationships.

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and the client’s global value proposition. Based on this understanding, you will recognise and articulate appropriate approaches to address client needs and communicate strengths in a way that meets customer needs.

  • Sell Sustainability consultancy offers through creative solutions, specialised knowledge and generate traction for energy & cleantech services as well as sustainability solutions

  • Collaborate with multiple sales teams and multi-national marketing teams

  • Strategic sustainability project management such as climate change advisory, supplier engagement programs, decarbonization implementation driving operations teams and consultants to ensure project meets customers expectations


The Individual:

  • Strategic individual with exceptional commercial acumen and specialist knowledge of sustainability initiatives within a corporate context.

  • Track record of working with senior stakeholders in client organisations

  • Significant experience consulting on corporate sustainability issues in a commercial environment, with a strong knowledge of regulations, reporting and industry drivers

  • Specialist subject matter expertise in sustainability and in particular climate change.

  • Customer centric mindset, with ability to bridge customer needs to SE offers and solutions

  • Languages: French & English, additional European language desirable
