Position: Incoming Quality Control

R&R:

• Inspection of incoming and returned materials, re-inspection of abnormal products in the warehouse and unqualified situation feedback
• Sorting and filing of inspection records and factory report
• Determination and registration of defective materials in the process
• Follow up batch rework in the warehouse and online
• Preliminary confirmation and disposal of production line problems
• Daily equipment spot inspection and measurement declaration
• Inspect the 5S maintenance of the site environment
• Supplier on-site inspection and supervision
• Audit raw material storage warehouse

Requirement:

• College degree in electronics, automation, mechanical, mechanical, or related field
• At least 1 year quality inspection experience in sheet metal, etc.
• Have certain quality inspection and professional knowledge
• Familiar with seven QC tools
• Proficient in Office software
