Job Description:

• Organize the development of salary management systems, processes, and related standards for overseas factories, and promote their implementation.

• According to the company's salary management system, adjust and record salary changes caused by job changes, performance evaluations, etc

• Establish, improve, and optimize a performance evaluation system, develop a performance evaluation system, and develop specific evaluation plans based on company goals

• According to the company's human resources plan, responsible for preparing annual training plans and recruitment demand plans

• According to the annual training plan, organize employee training and improve the construction of the talent pool

• Responsible for managing employee labor relations and handling employee onboarding, probationary, and resignation procedures in accordance with established procedures

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• More than 3 years of human resources work experience in manufacturing bases, familiar with the development of foreign investment in Mexico's manufacturing industry
