Job description
We’re supporting a client in the search for an experienced HR professional to act as the main point of contact for HR in the UK. This is a standalone role with a high level of ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.The role will cover generalist HR responsibilities and provide support across the full employee lifecycle, while working alongside international colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary HR contact for the UK business
Providing guidance on employee relations, policies, and best practice
Supporting managers with day-to-day HR matters
Liaising with international HR stakeholders as required
About you:
Strong background in generalist HR
Comfortable operating independently
German language skills are highly desirable
Based within commuting distance of Farnborough
