This role is crucial in spearheading innovative HR strategies that support the company’s growth and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.

Role Overview:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies that support the business objectives and enhance workforce capabilities.

• Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations while implementing best practices in HR management.

• Drive initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on scalability and sustainability.

• Manage and mentor the HR team, setting clear goals and ensuring professional development.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as an HR Director, preferably in manufacturing or technology-driven industries.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and professionally.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional HR certifications are desirable.

Location:

• This position is based in Zhaoqing, offering the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Salary:

• A competitive monthly salary range of 30,000 – 40,000 CNY, depending on experience and qualifications.
