TGRC is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a dynamic team working on onshore wind farms on the stunning Fosen Peninsula, Norway. Responsibilities

• Safety Oversight: Monitor and enforce the implementation of safety protocols on-site.

• Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all activities comply with local and international HSE regulations.

• Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions for staff to promote a culture of safety on the wind farm.

• Incident Management: Respond to and investigate HSE incidents, compiling detailed reports and recommendations for prevention.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the improvement of HSE policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles within similar projects, specifically in onshore wind farms.

• Required certifications in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of the latest industry standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

This position is based on the Fosen Peninsula, an area known for its extensive onshore wind farms and breathtaking natural beauty in Norway.
