​HSE Advisor - Offshore Wind Projects
Location: Hull, UK

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to collaborate with a leading Renewable Energy Owner/Operator, presenting a significant opportunity for an HSE Advisor with a focus on Offshore Wind Projects. This pivotal role, based in Hull, UK, will engage you in ensuring that our critical renewable energy projects are executed with the utmost standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Hourly Rate: £65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and oversee HSE policies and protocols on offshore wind project sites to ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support on all matters related to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management.

• Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring that preventive and corrective actions are implemented.

• Facilitate HSE training and awareness programs to enhance the safety culture among the project team and subcontractors.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure HSE compliance and alignment with best practices.

• Compile and present regular HSE reports, ensuring transparent communication regarding HSE performance and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, particularly within Offshore Wind projects.

• Strong knowledge of UK and international HSE regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate HSE risks in complex project environments.

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
