Lead People Strategy in a Cutting-Edge Semiconductor Business
An internationally recognized semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a dynamic HR Director to drive its people strategy and organizational development. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with executive leadership to drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
Oversee organizational design and change management initiatives to support business growth.
Talent Management & Workforce Development
Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract top engineering and manufacturing talent.
Develop and execute learning and development programs, ensuring employees have the skills needed to excel in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Foster a strong employer brand to position the company as an industry-leading workplace.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and global best practices, maintaining a fair and transparent workplace.
Champion employee engagement initiatives, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Implement HR systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and support business scalability.
Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
Design and manage competitive compensation structures, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
Oversee performance evaluation frameworks, linking rewards and recognition to business outcomes.
Lead discussions on HR technology adoption, improving analytics and decision-making capabilities.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader within semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
Deep understanding of workforce planning, HR compliance, and talent strategy in complex industrial environments.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence senior executives.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
A proactive, people-first mindset with the ability to drive cultural and organizational transformation.
