​Our client is a leading EV company that is currently seeking a highly experienced Head of Property (Commercial) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving site selection investment decisions, commercial negotiations, and supporting the legal team. This role will be based out of their headquarters in West Sussex.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site selection and investment decisions for commercial properties

• Negotiate commercial agreements.

• Taking a lead in internal stakeholder discussions across Sales, Operations and Finance.

• Support the legal team with property-related legal matters and in creating bespoke commercial agreements.

• Manage the legal and financial sales cycle.

• Support the improvement of the customer journey across the wider business.

Skills Required:

• Experience in client facing discussions and negotiations for large commercial contracts, preferably land acquisition and leases

• Knowledge of EV market

• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commercial acumen

• Experience in short term and long term investment strategies

• Experience with HubSpot or similar software (preferable)
