The Role:

• Be the representative in the respective country (operationally, administratively and legally)
• Experienced in develop new market from the ground up
• Full responsibility for the countries P&L including the annual sales and operating goals
• Strategic leadership as it relates to the growth 
• Leader and representative the brand in the local Market and with existing and potential Customers
• Responsible for all of the Companie/s offered products and services in the local market
• Ensure the correct planning of O&M Activities and all necessary resources at the Country level. (technical, Human, Administrative) in the most cost effective manner while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and Improve the Procedures for plant operations and maintenance
• Coordinate, manage and optimize transactional services between contract and 3rd party customers
• Select contractors/vendors, initiate contracts and supervise contractors/vendors 
• Grow, coach, mentor, and develop the team consistent of but not limited to O&M Manager, O&M Coordinators and PV Technicians in the running the Business from an Operational and Managerial Standpoint

The Individual:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
• 5+ Experience in leading and managing a Business Unit (Budgeting, Management of people, Management of Contractors and Sub-Contractors Ability to Interface with different Stakeholders (i.e: Both Executive Level and Operational Level)
• Experience in reading and interpreting electrical, I&C (Instrumentation & Control), mechanical drawings and technical manuals
• Ability to work and make decisions with minimal or no Supervision using a safety first and customer focused mindset
• Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
• Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient in English
