​The Role:

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and cost-effective operation of renewable energy assets, including solar, wind and energy efficiency

• Manage a team of commercial and technical asset managers to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with reporting requirements

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and guidelines, including health and safety, environmental and quality requirements

• Develop and manage budgets for the operation and maintenance of assets

• Monitor and analyze asset performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

• Manage external debt facilities, including ongoing reporting and loan compliance

• Develop risk management strategies for asset ownership and operation

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide leadership for new technologies and approaches

• Work closely together with the accounting and controlling team as well as our ESG managers

The Individual:

• At least 10 years work experience in the renewable energy industry, combined with a minimum of 5 years in asset management

• Excellent knowledge of key commercial agreements (PPA, EPC, O&M, etc.)

• Leadership and management skills

• Fluent in English
