Role Synopsis

As a Fund Operation Manager, your expertise will guide the operational facets of our fund, ensuring that investments, financial management, and fund administration are executed with precision and strategic foresight. Your role will be pivotal in steering our fund’s contributions toward impactful clean energy projects, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fund, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Implement operational best practices and ensure the fund’s operations are conducted in line with organizational policies.

• Work closely with investment teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and manage investment data.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, administrators, and regulatory bodies.

• Monitor fund cash flows, manage capital calls, and oversee distributions.

• Produce and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in fund operations, preferably within clean energy or related sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or related master's degree will be beneficial.

• Proven experience in managing operations within an investment fund.

• Strong understanding of APAC clean energy markets and regulatory environments.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
