​TGRC are working with an experienced Renewable Energy and Private Equity investor specializing in Energy Storage. Our client are specialists in developing complex RE projects, managing assets, and pushing forward the transition to a low-carbon economy. They are now seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to support with the onboarding of new funds, prepare investor reports, and prepare management accounts. This role is based in London with a salary range of £55-65k + bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Fund Administrator in onboarding of new funds

• Work closely alongside the valuations team to review asset valuations and performance metrics

• Prepare information for board meetings

• Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and bank reconciliations

Skills

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Ability to work with limited supervision

• Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure

​

Experience:

• Full Accounting Qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CA)

• Experience of project/fund accounting in either industry/practice

• Knowledge of UK GAAP (US GAAP is also desirable)
