​Our client is a research-led consultancy operating in the global oil, gas and renewables industry. They provide comprehensive and accurate insight through a subscription based service, backed by private equity. They are now looking to appoint a Financial Controller to support the CFO working on financial and sales reporting. This role can be based in London or Aberdeen. Salary £70k-£80k + bonus.

Duties:

• Oversee the management and reporting across all company investments and accounts

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions

• Produce monthly and annual reports and present these to senior management and executives

• Regular review of internal reports

• Analyse reports to track performance against budgets and other KPIs

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA/CIMA)

• Experience in reporting, consolidation and use of information management systems

• Excellent organisation skills

• Knowledge of and experience using accounting software packages (Xero, PowerBI) - Desirable
