Job Title: Finance Manager - Beijing Office
Location: Beijing, China

Our client, a national energy utility, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in the Beijing office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the energy industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions, and oversee all aspects of cash management and treasury.
Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals are aligned with company goals.
Provide financial analysis and support to senior management, including the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
Manage and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in the energy industry.
Knowledge of financial accounting standards and principles, including IFRS and GAAP.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
