​TGRC are working with a leading European IPP with an impressive track record of recent transactions across Europe. They are specialists in working across the full project life cycle and pride themselves on identifying successful projects at the development, construction, and operational phases. Being backed one of the leading Private Investors with a focus on the Clean Energy market, they have ambitious growth plans for the coming years with some exciting projects in the pipeline.

They are now seeking a Finance Manager to be based in their Rome office working in close conjunction with the UK Finance team, maintaining overall responsibility for all accounting and reporting.

The role:

• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations

• Assist with centralisation of Finance processes in Italy - the project is to bring all of this in house

• Overall responsibility for management and statutory financial accounting and reporting for all operating entities / SPVs in the Group

• Review financial results and produce monthly reports with relevant information

• Preparation of monthly management reports for all entities in Italy

• Management of VAT returns

• Work closely with the Development team and the UK Finance team to ensure timely reporting and implement any new procedures

Profile and Experience:

• Familiar with IFRS and Italian GAAP (Essential)

• Fluent in Italian, Business Professional in English

• Experience in a similar role previously

• Experience in the Renewable Energy sector (Desirable)

• Experience using/implementing NetSuite (ERP) is a plus
