Salary Range: $100,000-$200,000 per year

Our client, a leading Chinese solar panel manufacturer, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Georgia or Alabama, USA. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company's US subsidiary, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial statements.

• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the US subsidiary and provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.

• Manage the organization's cash flow and ensure the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring the team's professional development and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.

• Excellent understanding of local and international financial regulations and standards.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic financial guidance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the finance team.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
