Business Development Manager

London (domestic & international travel may be required)


The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to partner, with a globally leading, energy trading business - to support in their energy transition strategy, by identifying a commercially astute, EV Charging Business Development Manager.

This business, have 40 offices worldwide & has committed £ 1 billion in investment, towards clean technology projects, with EV Charging - front & centre of this strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building a relationship with a network of installers for B2C / B2B installations.

  • Promote Electric Vehicle leasing to Fleets and B2Bs.

  • Strong communication & commercial negotiation skills.

  • Previous experience & good understanding of commercial vehicle fleets and fleet management.

  • Visit potential clients on-site throughout the UK & internationally.

  • Strategic Planning and targeting new customers/clients.

  • To be able to forecast revenue for your territory & customers, maintain the information, and business history, and manage prospect pipeline

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of EV market/ experience in selling similar products in B2B commercial environment

  • Previous experience in EV charging systems or fleet electrification

  • Additional languages
