About the Role:

As the Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance and quality control initiatives for wind energy projects across South Korea. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy dedicated to advancing the standards of wind energy through rigorous QA/QC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and QA/QC specialists in the execution of quality assurance processes for wind energy projects.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive QA/QC policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international quality standards and regulations.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in QA/QC processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in engineering, with a focus on quality assurance and quality control in the wind energy sector.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both Korean and English is highly desirable.
