​Director of Project Development- ERCOT

TGRC is working one of the largest, most technologically advanced utility-scale solar and energy storage project development companies in the United States. The company is a Shell Group portfolio company operating on a stand-alone basis. With a growing portfolio of more than 19 GW, the company has a diverse team providing comprehensive services at each phase of renewable energy project development.

As the Development Director, ERCOT, you will be responsible for leading all technology (solar, wind, storage) development and strategy within ERCOT.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of development experience in the renewable energy industry

• Proven track record in project management and permitting success preferred

• Deep understanding of the ERCOT market

• Policy and market development experience

• Strong communication skills and financial acumen

• Ability to drive complex initiatives/deals to closure
