Job description
TGRC is looking for a leader in O&M and Asset Management to join a global renewable energy team. Our client has been around for more than 40 years working to build a more sustainable future through solar, battery energy storage, and wind renewables. What can you accomplish with our client to deliver projects that meet the modern energy market?
Location: Remote or Denver, Colorado
Travel: 30% (case by case basis)
Starting Salary: $150k (higher depending on experience)
Bonus: Annual based on performance
Retirement Benefits: 6% 401k Match
YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF O&M SALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. EXPERIENCE IN ASSET MANAGEMENT IS A PLUS.
Qualifications for Position:
Bachelor's degree in relatable subject
5+ years of O&M (additional Asset Management experience preferred) and energy industry experience
Proven experience establishing, developing, and closing sales contracts.
Must have wind, solar, and/or BESS experience
Previous B2B sales/business development experience
Experience identifying and securing project opportunities while evaluating project risks
Network of IPP and investors contacts, proven examples of positive networking
Can discuss technical, financial, and compliance related concepts with asset owners.
Customer service motivated to assess specific needs
Able to use global technical expertise to provide value engineered solutions
High energy, positive and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Asset Management background
Knowledge of CRM software
Position Description:
Close O&M and AM service contracts in North America for wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
Create proposals, quotes, and respond to formal RFPs working with legal and executive teams to negotiate contract terms and close transactions.
Create sales pipeline and campaigns.
Research and identify new markets, growth areas, trends, opportunities, customers and create account strategies to foster mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
Identify and vet potential opportunities and develop overall win strategy.
Manage business relationships with existing clients.
Work and coordinate with internal commercial, engineering, and support services teams to develop comprehensive and project proposals.
Stay current on asset management market conditions and trends to business leaders.
Represent the company at industry events (trade shows and webinars/seminars) to network and foster relationships.
Coordinate with company's business development professionals globally.
Contribute to several ongoing support services programs.
