Our client, a leading solar panel manufacturer based in Shanghai, is seeking a Digital Governance & Solutions Leader (VP) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of the organization, developing and implementing digital strategies and solutions to support business growth and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital transformation of the organization, developing and implementing digital strategies and solutions to support business growth and competitiveness.

• Develop and maintain a digital governance framework to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with business needs and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

• Build and lead a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that the team is performing at the highest level.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify digital opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation and recommend new solutions and technologies to improve business performance.

• Manage relationships with external partners, including technology vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong technical knowledge of digital technologies and architectures, including cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

• Experience in developing and implementing digital governance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
