Deputy Director of Sales - Renewable Energy Supplier

Responsibilities: As the Deputy Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the company's sales strategies and expanding its market presence in the renewable energy sector. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  6. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and industry developments.

Requirements: To excel in this influential leadership role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

  2. Proven experience in sales leadership within the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar or wind products and services.

  3. Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

  4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing sales professionals.

  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with effective written and verbal communication.
