​Job Title: Data Compliance Manager

Location: Shanghai, China

Our client, a leading solar PV manufacturer, is seeking a Data Compliance Manager to join their team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data compliance, excellent communication skills, and experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data compliance policies and procedures

• Monitor compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards

• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk

• Manage relationships with data protection authorities and other stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data compliance efforts with overall business strategy

• Provide training and support to staff on data compliance policies and procedures

• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, IT, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data compliance, with experience in the solar industry preferred

• Strong understanding of relevant data protection regulations and standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
