​The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Customer Service to join the commercial team.

The person in this position will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our industrial self-consumption solutions, and scheduling commercial visits for the sales and engineering teams.

About the Role:

• Make calls and send emails to prospects to present our EPC solutions in industrial self-consumption.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments and commercial visits for the sales teams.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and manage the follow-up of each contact.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective client acquisition strategies.

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services to potential clients.

• Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our processes and offerings.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the industrial or energy sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Results-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of self-consumption technologies and renewable energies (desirable).

• Proactive and problem-solving skills.
