​Our client a leading Renewable energy Corporate Finance advisor with offices across the UK is looking to hire an Associate.

They advise both private and public sector clients in the Energy space on valuing and structuring projects and Investments. This is done by advising on M&A transactions, providing commercial recommendations and also arranging financing.

The role:

• Work with public and private sector clients across the UK

• Advise clients in the Energy space

• Financial Modelling

• Bid Submissions / Reports

• Liaise with Funders

• Advise and assist on M&A transactions in the energy space

• Provide commercial recommendations to clients

• Assist team in business development

• Developing analysts and graduate analysts

• Help arrange funding for M&A transactions.
