​I am looking for a Contract Manager to join the asset management team of a leading London based Investment Fund.

You will oversee seamless onboarding of new projects within our clients renewables pipeline and act as in-house legal support, including managing all insurance activities across their energy assets and managing the procurement of Power Purchase Agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely renewal of all insurance policies across the portfolio, ensuring no policies expire without renewal. This includes tracking policy expiration dates, coordinating with brokers to submit required information and documentation, and negotiating favorable terms for the portfolio. Additionally, evaluate potential new risks and collaborate with various brokers to secure optimal insurance coverage.

• Ensure that all new contracts are accurately updated and stored in both the asset management and document management platforms.

• Handle insurance claims by working closely with the asset manager to ensure timely processing. This includes managing claims related to incidents such as theft, damage, or malfunctions, gathering supporting documentation, and submitting claims to brokers. You will also be responsible for addressing any follow-up questions or queries from insurers.

• Manage warranty claims in coordination with the asset manager to ensure efficient and timely processing.
