Our client, a Chinese EPC specialising in solar energy, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee their solar energy projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy construction management and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction of solar energy projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and implement construction strategies and plans, working closely with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and customer needs.

• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet all contractual requirements and deliverables.

• Oversee the development and management of project schedules and budgets, and ensure that all project activities are properly coordinated.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety regulations and environmental regulations.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks.

• Manage and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in solar energy construction management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Knowledge of solar energy technologies and construction methods.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
