The Business comprises a high pedigree of renewable energy professionals, however, in keeping with their ambitions seek an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Manager to drive organisation & order in their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge SmartGrid concepts to life, collaborating across teams to deliver commercially viable projects.

• Drive the creation and execution of winning commercial agreements, including proposals, heads of terms, and legal contracts.

• Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.

• Leverage project management tools like Google Drive, Monday.com, and Procore to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring timely administration.

• Foster clear communication with stakeholders through engaging meetings and regular updates. Deliver concise weekly status reports and compelling monthly presentations highlighting project progress.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of proven project coordination experience.

• Highly adaptable with a knack for mastering new technologies and processes.

• Expert multitasker with the ability to manage and deliver multiple similar projects concurrently.

• A background in commercial operations, including experience in negotiation, legal transactions, energy systems, or project management.

• Ability to adapt project management strategies based on project needs, demonstrating knowledge of common methodologies and frameworks.
